Exporting data

It is possible to get data out that was created inside the MB, for use in other applications.

To export data: click on the button in the rightmost menu bar. This will open up the Export data panel. At the top of the panel is a dropdown listing the item types that can be exported: Meshes, Geometries and Variables.

Select the desired item type from the dropdown.

Tick the boxes in front of the item(s) that you want to export:

Click the button at the bottom:

Files will be placed in the root folder of your project in Data Admin in the Cloud. They can be downloaded from there.

Meshes can be exported in two different formats:

1. The MIKE Zero *.mesh ASCII format
2. Kitware's VTU format
