Release version 1.13

This is a small maintenance release consisting of two bug fixes related to user-defined boundary conditions.

Bug fixes¶

Upload of user-defined boundary conditions: User-defined boundary conditions now saved in correct location after template upload.
Template download: Fixed bug blocking download of template for upload of user-defined boundary conditions.
